Concept Fusion Ltd – Summary Terms of Service

By engaging Concept Fusion Ltd for design, marketing, or digital services, you agree to the following terms. This summary outlines key conditions; the full version is available at:

1. Services & Bookings

Ad-hoc services are booked by deliverable (e.g. website bundle, design package) and require a 30% deposit to confirm. Retainer plans offer ongoing support with monthly or fixed-term billing. Reactive work (<48hrs notice) may incur a 20% surcharge.
 

2. Payment Terms

Final balance for ad-hoc work is due on completion and payable within 7 days. Retainers are billed in advance. Additional hours outside your plan are quoted separately. Final deliverables are released only after full payment.
 

3. Cancellations

Ad-hoc deposits are refundable only with 7+ days’ notice. Retainers:

• Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime via your account; no refunds are issued for the current cycle.

• Fixed-term plans cannot be cancelled early. A buy-out fee equal to one billing cycle applies if terminated.
   

4. Retainer Usage

Retainer time is allocated monthly or every 4 weeks. It is your responsibility to submit work briefs in good time. Unused hours due to lack of input are non-refundable and do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
 

5. Ownership & Licensing

You retain full usage rights to final deliverables for internal use. Editable files (e.g. Canva, PSD) are not included unless licensed separately. Clients requesting editable files are responsible for licensing third-party assets (fonts, images, etc.).
 

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All materials, credentials, and data you share are treated as confidential and handled securely. We comply with UK GDPR and will never reuse or share your information outside the agreed scope of work. Data will be deleted or returned upon request.
 

7. Support & Maintenance

Ongoing support is included only within an active Retainer or Maintenance Plan. Standard handover guidance is offered at project completion. Hosting and website care packages are billed annually unless included in a bundle.
 

8. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify active clients of major changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of our services after this notice period confirms your acceptance.
