The VIP Half Day is a high-impact, focused 3.5-hour session where we dedicate time exclusively to your business to help you tick off the tech and marketing tasks you’ve been putting off. Cancellation Policy
Booking Notice: VIP Sessions (Full or Half Day) must be booked at least 1 business day in advance to allow time for pre-work and preparation. Availability: VIP Sessions are offered on select weekdays only. If your preferred date isn’t available, please email contact@conceptfusion.co.uk or call 01626 240207, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice may incur a £50 fee to cover lost time. Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the exclusive time blocked out for you, VIP bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unsure whether your project is a good fit, please email contact@conceptfusion.co.uk or call 01626 240207 before booking. No-Shows: If you miss your session or do not submit your pre-work in time, the session will be forfeited without refund. You may rebook a new session subject to availability. Pre-Work Submission: Pre-work must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so may impact what can be achieved or result in the session being postponed. Client Responsibility: You agree to be available (via email, chat, or your preferred method) during your VIP Session for any approvals or quick decisions that may arise. This ensures we make the most of our time.
