This consultation is designed exclusively for new clients who are exploring working with Concept Fusion for the first time. It’s a focused, project-specific conversation that gives you clarity, direction and a practical understanding of what you need, how we work and whether we’re the right fit to move forward together. What this session covers • Reviewing your project, goals and the challenges you’re looking to solve • Understanding your business, audience and priorities • Discussing what you already have in place and what needs improving • Exploring which service structure suits you best (VIP Day, retainer, project package etc.) • Providing clear, actionable recommendations and outlining the next steps What this session does not include To keep this consultation productive and fair for everyone, it is strictly focused on your project. It does not include ongoing messaging, repeated calls, personal conversations, advice outside the agreed scope, or general back-and-forth that would normally be covered under a paid retainer or VIP Day. This ensures the time remains focused, valuable and purposeful. For existing and retainer clients If you are already a Concept Fusion client on a retainer, you do not need to book this service. You have access to ongoing consultations, updates and support through your retainer plan. Existing clients who are not on a retainer can book paid sessions for additional guidance, strategy or project planning as needed. After the consultation If you wish to proceed, we’ll outline the best route for your project — whether that’s a structured retainer, a VIP Day, or a dedicated project build. If you require more detailed guidance beyond this session (planning, strategy, reviews, content development, or ongoing support), these can be booked as paid appointments or included within a retainer. Who this is for This consultation is ideal for business owners, entrepreneurs and organisations who want clarity before committing to a project, need expert guidance, or want to understand the best way to turn their ideas into a clear, efficient plan. This session is all about giving you confidence, direction and clarity — and providing a straightforward, no-pressure way to explore working together.
Cancellation Policy
This consultation is designed exclusively for new clients who would like to explore working with Concept Fusion. To keep these sessions productive, respectful, and focused on genuine enquiries, the following booking rules apply. Booking Approval All consultation requests are reviewed manually. This ensures each session is the right fit and that the time is reserved for clients with genuine project needs. You will receive a confirmation once your booking has been approved. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation at any time using the online system. However, repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in future booking restrictions. Late Bookings To protect the schedule and ensure adequate preparation time, late bookings are limited. Consultation appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise communicated. Session Scope This consultation is strictly project-focused. It is not a space for ongoing support, casual conversation, personal matters, or general advice outside your project. Any further guidance or ongoing communication beyond this session can be booked as a paid appointment or covered under a retainer or VIP Day. Existing Clients If you are already a Concept Fusion retainer client, please do not use this form. You have dedicated access to ongoing consultations and support as part of your plan. Existing non-retainer clients should book a paid strategy session instead. No-Show Policy If a client repeatedly fails to attend approved bookings without notice, future consultation requests may be declined. By booking this consultation, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
