This consultation is a paid, project-focused session designed to provide clarity, recommendations, and strategic guidance based on the information you share. What’s included • One 60-minute online consultation • A follow-up summary outlining recommendations • Up to 7 days of email clarification (brief questions only) What’s not included • Ongoing support, implementation work, or extended advice • Branding, design, development or marketing tasks • Requesting new work outside what was discussed in the session Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable • Missed sessions are charged in full Your Responsibilities • Arrive on time and prepared with access to your website, assets or platforms if needed • Ensure your internet connection and device are working prior to the call Our Commitment We will provide professional, honest guidance tailored to your goals so you can make informed decisions about your project or next steps.
